Welcome to Living Yoga with Jennifer.

As a seasoned Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 35 years in the industry, I have learned many things from friends, colleagues, teachers, clients and my own human experience. I have developed programs to empower, educate and resource many people with the skills to correct patterns that are not conducive to easeful movement and living.

I am excited to offer these programs in this new age of technology.

About

I have witnessed the blossoming of a yoga practice over the past 30+ years. I am grateful for how so much of it continues to evolve to meet the current culture and the changing seasons of life. The movements are so much more than shapes on a mat. What we do in the physical moves brings greater strength, range of motion, agility and balance to our bodies. The inquisitive nature of the practice increases our attention and ability to be empowered to shift what no longer serves us or causes pain. The mindfulness components of the practices have the potential to affect every part of our living experience from a walk on the beach to an unexpected crisis. The breathing aspects of practice have the potential to offer intervention for stress, anxiety, restlessness, and bring mindful presence. The practice becomes alive as we daily return to it and ripples into every part of our life! Join me as I share a medley of practices with both modern and ancient tools for bodies that are constantly moving through this modern life.
